Voodoo Theatre formed in 2014 when Mike Willoughby and James de Val met on a production of Martin Sherman’s “Bent”. It was clear from the outset that we had common belief in the the power of telling stories and it was not long before we started working on our first script – ‘Folie Adieu’.

James comes from a background in film so, in 2015, we took the next logical step and merged his film company with the theatre company to become Voodoo Productions. Jane Ledsom joined the team in early 2017 to work with Voodoo as a producer on “Seasons”.

We have written and produced for film, TV and stage and are constantly extending our network of industry partners to bring together individuals with exceptional talent and an ethical approach to stories.

Our partners provide trustworthy, honest services and we throughly recommend that you support their businesses.

We are determined to create content across all media and to be on the leading edge of online and social platforms.

Our showreels package has been developed with some leading Casting Directors and Agents in the business to show our clients in the best light possible and to give the best chance of success. More than a showreel, we offer advice and a valuable network of contacts to boost actors in their careers. We offer a bespoke service from casting advice, script development to editing of the final reel. Actors of all levels and experience are welcome and will benefit from our free advice and inexpensive service.

Our corporate work extends from Internet and Extranet content to broadcast media for a range of corporate clients.
